Business Hours & Premium Appointments:
Standard hours apply to appointments booked between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Out-of-hours appointments (before 10:00 AM or after 8:00 PM) are classed as premium slots and will incur an additional £20 fee.
Sundays are off-days. If a rare Sunday opening becomes available, it will be considered a premium service and charged an additional £40.
Emergency slots (not visible on the booking calendar) may be available at an extra £20. Please DM or email with your requested date. Availability is not guaranteed.
Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellations & Lateness:
Appointments open monthly on the 20th at 9:00 AM GMT.
Slots cannot be reserved in advance. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
You may reschedule up to two times up to 48 hours before your original appointment, using the same deposit.
Attempting to reschedule after the 48-hour window or a third time will require a new deposit.
Repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in a booking ban.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, a £15 late fee applies.
Arrivals later than 30 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from booking in future.
Payments:
The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
We accept cash, card and mobile payments (contactless payments).
Preparing for Your Appointment:
Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and product-free.
Wigs and/or braiding hair must be dropped off at least 5 days in advance.
For coloured hair, drop off at least 7 days before your appointment.
Late drop-offs without prior communication may incur a late fee.
No extra guests or plus-ones. If you are bringing a child/children, please notify us in advance.
Please avoid synthetic hair unless discussed beforehand.
Be cautious with vendors on platforms like AliExpress—many do not sell authentic full lace wigs and often use misleading advertising.

We accept reinstalls, but the wig must be in good condition. If unsure, send us a photo via DM or email beforehand.
Lace & Bundles:
For the best results, we recommend HD lace or thin stretchy Swiss lace with small knots for a natural melt.
Typically, 3–4 bundles + a closure/frontal is ideal. More bundles may incur an extra fee.
For greater versatility, larger lace pieces (13x6, 6x6, 7x7) are best.
Hair Vendors:
Need help sourcing hair? We’ve got you covered.
We work closely with trusted vendors providing quality raw and virgin hair.

Health & Safety:
If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition (e.g., flu, cold, lice), please contact us to reschedule.
Clients with known allergies or sensitivities should inform us in advance.
Service Satisfaction:
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
No refunds are provided once the service is complete.
Photos & Social Media:
We may take photos or videos of your hair for promotional use.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment.
