Shipping policy.

Thank you for purchasing from the EHHE collection. 

Please ensure address placed in at check out is correct. If incorrect address is put in, an email can be sent to info@ehhe.org.uk to make an amendment before shipping, however it is not 100% guaranteed.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for all orders to process excluding preorders.

(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays)

All orders made after 4pm will be processed for delivery for the following business day. You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

SHIPPED ORDERS 

• Uk Standard Delivery: 2-4 days

• Uk Express Delivery: 1-3 days

• EU Standard Delivery: 2-11 days

• EU Express Delivery: 2-7 days

• International Standard Delivery: 3-17 days

• International Express Deliver: 2-11 days

If there are any delays to the shipping time we sincerely apologise, however once the order has been shipped there isn’t much we can do as it would be in the possession of Royal Mail. If this occurs, please stay patient.

After an order is in the hands of Royal Mail, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems and they will be able to assist and compensate you.
